Program description

Confucianism Property Management LLC sends informational text messages to its current tenants and account holders from (678) 389-4952. Messages include rent due and past-due reminders, payment confirmations, tenancy notices, and other account notifications related to your home.

Consent

You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number on your lease agreement or rental application, or by otherwise opting in. Consent is not a condition of your lease or of any purchase. Messages are sent only to current tenants and account holders — this is not a marketing list.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your account activity — typically a few messages per month (for example, a reminder before rent is due and follow-ups if a balance is past due).

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We never charge for messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent to your number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your lease; notices we are required to deliver will reach you by other means.
