This policy describes how Confucianism Property Management LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information from residents, applicants, property owners, and referral partners in connection with our property management services.

Information we collect

Contact information — name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Tenancy and account information — lease terms, unit address, rent amounts, payment history, and housing-assistance program details where applicable.
Communications — messages you exchange with us by phone, text message, or email, including maintenance requests.

How we use information

To manage your tenancy: rent billing and reminders, notices, and account updates.
To coordinate maintenance and repairs at your home.
To communicate about available units with residents, applicants, and referral partners.
To meet legal, accounting, and housing-program obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent — provided on your lease agreement, rental application, or by opting in — we send informational text messages such as rent reminders and account notifications from (678) 389-4952. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate: with maintenance vendors performing work at your home (contact details only), with housing agencies administering your assistance program, with property owners regarding their own properties, with service providers that help us deliver communications, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & security

We keep tenancy records for as long as needed to manage the tenancy and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.

Your choices

Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Unsubscribe from email updates using the link included in each email.
Ask us to review, correct, or (where the law allows) delete your information by contacting us below.
