SMS Consent Provision
The following provision appears in Confucianism Property Management LLC lease agreements and rental applications (executed on paper or electronically). It is reproduced here in full so the SMS consent language collected from tenants can be publicly verified.
Tenant Communications & Text Message (SMS) Consent
Tenant provides the mobile telephone number listed below as Tenant's primary contact number. By initialing this section, Tenant consents to receive informational text messages from Confucianism Property Management LLC at that number from (678) 389-4952, including rent due and past-due reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance updates, and other notices related to Tenant's account and tenancy.
Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply per Tenant's mobile carrier plan. Tenant may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and may reply HELP or call 347-705-2136 for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of this lease or of tenancy. Landlord will not share Tenant's mobile number or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
