Opting in is voluntary and not a condition of your lease, tenancy, or any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies with your account activity; message and data rates may apply. See the SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Prefer paper? The same consent can be given via the optional SMS-consent section of your lease or rental application (view the provision), or by contacting us at 347-705-2136. We keep a record of every opt-in, including date, time, and method.
